Please join us for the Third Annual Jeanne Clery Lecture, featuring Susan Brison, professor of philosophy at Dartmouth and author of Aftermath: Violence and the Remaking of the Self. Professor Brison will address society?s reluctance to view sexual violence against women as an identity-based form of victimization, and how reconceptualizing such violence as a bias crime provides a more thorough understanding of its causes and more useful strategies for working towards its elimination. This event is free and open to the public.
