Populations served:

Child victims of child abuse, rape / sexual assault, dating violence, and assault, including:
  • ages 18 and under.
  • significant others.
  • non-offending parents.
  • undocumented immigrants.

Fees for services:

Some services as indicated below*. Fees based on a sliding scale, insurance is billed, CVB reimbursement is utilized and / or fee is waived.

Medical Services

  • Specialized medical / forensic examination* for the evaluation of sexual abuse including HIV prophylaxis, pregnancy prevention and date rape drug testing.
  • Psychological / mental health referrals.

Advocacy:

  • Criminal justice advocacy.
  • Other types of advocacy for survivors of child sexual abuse.

Counseling:

  • Short-term individual.
  • Short-term group counseling as scheduled.

Other Services:

  • Information and referral services.
  • Play therapy for children.

Educational / Training Services

  • Professional trainings regarding child sexual abuse (mandated state training).

Special Considerations

  • Adolescents can receive medical / counseling services from the ages of 12-18 without parental consent.
  • We respect client confidentiality.
  • 24 hour social work coverage in the Emergency Department.
  • Interpreters are available for other languages.
